The Select Coat – SL Series protective coating systems have been developed for the highest possible quality and productivity in automatic coating processes.
High speed and precision with consistently high quality is achieved thanks to the special valve technologies and integrated closed-loop process control.
The process parameters are recorded and can be analysed accordingly for order tracking – keyword traceability and Industry 4.0. If required, all information can be exchanged via a customised factory information system.
Operation and programme creation are uncomplicated and can be made even more convenient with the appropriate camera and offline software.

With the VCS, the material is conveyed with a circulating, heated and closed coating system to compensate for viscosity fluctuations in changing ambient conditions. The LFWC measures the width of the coating curtain using a laser and automatically adjusts if necessary. The correct amount of material is continuously checked with the flow rate measurement and readjusted in a closed loop if necessary.
The EasyCoat Software by Nordson Asymtek includes intuitive visual programming for the coating system, as well as process control and traceability.
