AXI high-speed system

The XT Series offers the advanced inspection capabilities of Nordson’s AXI (Autonomous X-Ray Inspection) inline system in a more compact system with manual loading/automation islands. Designed for flexibility and user-friendliness for a variety of products requiring automated 2D and 2.5D X-ray inspection.

XT-6/XT-6A

The XT-6/XT-6A platform of the XT-Series is a highly flexible automated X-ray testing system with a minimal footprint and a parallel kinematic Hexaglide manipulation unit for off-axis high-resolution imaging. It is suitable for high-quality X-ray analysis of electronic assemblies and material analysis of parts requiring flexible part manipulation with multiple inspection angles. For batch operation and volume inspection, the XT-6 can be equipped with a single-sided conveyor and a magazine loading and unloading station (XT-6A).
