We are smartTec - a unique supplier of complete lines in the electronics industry for the production of printed circuit boards in Europe. In doing so, we configure and connect customized solutions for many well-known customers in the automotive, energy and healthcare industry. Our lines produce printed circuit boards and electronic parts for wind turbines, fuel cells, electromobility, diabetes diagnosis tools etc. and thus make a significant contribution in growing future markets.

For the service and application area, we are looking for people who are passionate about holistic, innovative solutions - who enjoy accompanying processes from concept phase to final inspection at customer site. Experts who prefer to see a complete piece at the end of the day instead of being a small part in the value chain. People who like to find creative solutions and take on responsibility instead of being micro-managed. Team players who like to work at eye level in an environment characterized by trust and strong belonging.

Your responsibilities:

• Installation, programming and repair of individually configured complete solutions and systems at customer sites
• Support of projects and cooperation with customers from the concept phase to the final acceptance at the customer
• Carrying out system maintenance
• Training our customer at their sites

Your profile:

• Successfully completed mechatronic technician training or similar, desirably also with further training as a state-certified technician or engineer
• At least two years of professional experience
• High willingness to travel within Europe
• Basic knowledge in the fields of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and computer science
• Self-confident appearance and service orientation towards customers and suppliers in English (German not necessarily required)
• Technical understanding, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Driving license class B
