With over 30 years of experience in precision dispensing, Nordson Asymtek has evolved its proven Spectrum System into the “S2” version to maximize profitability with a highly productive system occupying a small footprint. Moreover, the system is highly scalable and easily adaptable to a variety of dispensing applications.
The motion system, with extremely low weight, is highly precise, very fast, and incorporates precise Z-axis control to ensure consistent dispensing results with one or two simultaneous valves. The specially developed jet technology provides a secure and user-friendly dispensing process.
New functions and upgrade options for the Spectrum S2 systems expand the wide range of applications. Whether it is the application of underfill with contactless jet technology, dam & fill application or the dispensing of silver conductive adhesives, solder paste etc., the Spectrum system can be configured accordingly.
