smartControl Dynamic is a modular line control system designed for any production line with machines from different manufacturers.
The strength of smartControl lies in its flexibility, embedded within a complex SQL database structure. Standardized and specific interfaces to common production equipment, test and inspection systems, our own MES system or integration 3rd party MES systems from all major providers, as well as file import and export formats, and writing and reading devices, allow almost any system to be integrated into smartControl. From a library of over 100 functions, fixed or product-specific processes can be specified for any relevant system in a production line. Expansion modules communicate with customer-specific MES systems and implement traceability for components and auxiliary materials processed in the production line.
The new smartControl takes a step further and explores the world beyond the “production line.“ With the “smartLogistic” module, smartControl can control and monitor the material flow across several production lines and make it transparent. By adding barcodes or RFID tags the material containers, PCB carries and pallets as well as on the PCB magazines your circuit boards are controled to the next production step and througout the complete production. The production line automatically adjusts to the new order, and at the end of the line, smartControl registers the products in a new magazine and provides instructions for the next production step.
The smartControl is a database structure for the entire manufacturing environment. It allows the integration of any number of line controls and the management of storage locations between production steps. Additionally, it provides real-time visibility into the current location of your order and its processing status. smartControl delivers OEE data (Overall Equipment Efficiency) for the entire line and all compatible individual systems.
