Secondly, it involves knowledge of manufacturing parameters during stencil printing, paste deposition, assembly, as well as thermal and end-of-line processes.

The approach of smartAcademy involves analyzing, identifying, eliminating, and preventing errors. Often, problems cannot be attributed solely to factors such as “Man,” “Machine,” “Material,” or “Method,” but are rather an interplay of these influencing factors. However, the human element frequently plays a certain or decisive role in the soldering result.
