Reliability & high throughput

The VCD 88HTi is designed for sequencing and inserting axial components and wire jumpers in a single process, providing reliable productivity at industry-leading throughput rates. With a very low error rate of 200 ppm, the system ensures high reliability. Component changeover is minimized by the availability of over 220 inputs on the expandable sequencer. An intuitive operator interface, consistent with other devices in the 88HTi generation, offers easy operation, diagnostics, data management, and a graphical product editor.
