Secure capturing of product codes for seamless traceability. Based on our proven smart.e.connect modules with intelligent control, networking, and communication functions, we have developed the smartScan system for your manufacturing. These functions are managed with smartControl 4.0. Often, after the singulation process, products can only be fed to subsequent processes via carriers. To ensure traceability, smartScan captures all the codes of the individual products on a carrier and assigns them to an RFID tag located on the carrier in the smartControl database. This simplifies the transfer of codes to the following process systems, as only the RFID tag needs to be read.
