NexJet NJ-8

The NexJet 8 is an easy-to-use, non-contact jetting valve, offering several advantages, including:

  • The ReadiSet Jet cartridge significantly reduces maintenance, changeover times, operating costs, and production downtimes.
  • Continuous pneumatic operation at 300 Hz ensures high flow rates and dispenser productivity.
  • It can handle a variety of liquid media, including challenging materials like silicones.
  • The NexJet valve is fully integrated into the patented closed-loop process control of Nordson Asymtek dispensing systems, ensuring a reproducible process with high throughput.

DispenseJet DJ-2100

The DispenseJet DJ-2100 is a non-contact, drop-on-demand valve providing fast fluid dispensing. The jet can deliver up to 100 dots per second. In actual use, the jet delivers more than 30,000 dots per hour of industry-standard surface mount adhesive when mounted on the Spectrum II and Quantum fluid dispensing systems.

The DJ-2100 valve is used in numerous electronics manufacturing processes for standard dispensing applications.

The use of contactless jetting eliminates the disadvantages of a needle dispensing valve, which requires constant movement in the Z-axis. It also eliminates the need for underboard support. When jetting, the number of “shot” dots simply determines the dot size to be dispensed.
