The Planarizer is a further development of the previous multiroll model, which has been successfully marketed for more than 10 years and is suitable for deburring and removing excess paste to avoid ovalisation of the holes. Dozens of these machines have been installed at leading PCB manufacturers and are currently being serviced.
It is a compact solution with multiple vertical brushes that makes it possible to remove excess applied paste from conductive holes during the PCB manufacturing process.
Vertical brushing with the planariser planarises the hard paste of the plugged PCBs, as the name suggests. The planariser works with diamond-tipped brushes that oscillate in 2 rows on the PCB. The best results are achieved with various parameters such as brush pressure, brush rotation speed, oscillation and transport speed and water flow rate.
The systems are available as single or double versions (with turning station). The latest model works in one pass from both sides. The machines are available with a standard working width of 650 mm and 720 mm.
In addition to the systems, we also offer accessories such as filter systems and consumables.
The filter systems include centrifuges, belt filters, tower filters for 10‘, 20’ and 30’ filter cartridges or bag filters.
