The systems of the SQ Series set a new standard in the industry with a combination of high accuracy, speed, and resolution. The reason for this is the heart of every SQ Series system, the award-winning MRS (Multi-Reflection Suppression) sensor technology. This technology enables the precise identification and suppression of reflections caused by shiny components and surfaces. The effective suppression of multiple reflections is crucial for highly accurate measurement, making MRS technology an ideal solution for a variety of applications with demanding requirements.
With the SQ3000+, CyberOptics offers a system equipped with the most precise MRS sensor in the series – an MRS sensor with ultra-high resolution. This multifunctional system provides the sharpest resolution with the best accuracy and speed, especially for demanding applications.
The SQ3000 – DD offers the usual high quality of the SQ Series as a dual-lane variant with two MRS sensors. Optionally, switching from double to single lane for inspecting large PCBs is possible.
The SQ3000 is also available as a pure measurement system, the SQ3000 CMM, and for inspection needs of extra-large PCBs, the SQ3000-X.
The SQ Series is equipped with an award-winning AOI software that is both powerful and easily accessible due to its intuitive user interface. It offers multi-touch control with 3D image visualization tools. The software impresses with its high user-friendliness and offers quick programming capabilities. This speeds up system commissioning, simplifies the process, reduces training requirements, and minimizes user interaction. With the highly intelligent Cyber Report SPC software, the system combines real-time data with recorded analyses, allowing for detailed process insights.
