We consider the soldering process and its various influencing factors holistically. The use of the right soldering materials, the appropriate method and soldering equipment, as well as perfect line automation, are our core competencies at the Soldering Competence Center Europe.
smartFlexLine
Manufacturing processes with assembly systems for SMT/THT/OF, stencil printing, 3D-AOI, and 3D-SPI as well as X-ray inspection are part of this business area. End-of-line processes such as dispensing and selective protective coating are also included. The intelligent and fully automated integration of processes into a highly efficient overall solution is a focal point.

Here, the focus is entirely on 'Professional Logistic Solutions'. Explore our innovative, fully automated warehouse system solutions. We offer our customers extensive experience and comprehensive expertise in all processes of printed circuit board manufacturing in the smartPCB Division.
From national system supplier to global system integrator
Shortly after its founding in 2003, smartTec GmbH positioned itself as a recognized system supplier for electronics manufacturers in the DACH region. With the acquisition of Peter Jordan Nordic (now smartTec Nordic) in 2008, we expanded as a well-established company into the Scandinavian countries. The restructuring into three business divisions in 2014, the development of our own smartControl line control software in 2015, and finally the market launch of the process and transport modules under the name smart.e.connect in 2018 allowed us to continue growing.
Today, we are a globally respected system integrator with a multitude of line installations worldwide.

Foundation
When the company was founded, the aim was to provide customers with solutions from a single source with well-known partners - for all processes - with the best ROI. By setting up an experienced team and acquiring many well-known partner companies, we were able to achieve this goal.
smartTec Nordic Expansion Scandinavia
smartTec Nordic was founded in 2008. This enabled us to enter the market in the Scandinavian countries of Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
