The inline infrared / convection drying systems of the TC Series are ideal for medium to high-volume production due to their flexible design. Available in various process drying lengths, the TC ovens have been specially developed for drying thermally curing protective coatings. The unique combination of infrared and convection enables the coating to be dried from the inside out in the shortest possible time and with the highest quality. Thanks to the touchscreen, the systems are also very easy and convenient to operate.
The TC-Series inline drying systems integrate easily with Nordson Asymtek coating systems, providing precise, repeatable, self-contained control of transport speed and internal thermal environment. Users can manage process controls, system parameters and events through an intuitive graphical interface running on Windows-based software.
The specially developed exhaust air design provides a safe way to extract volatile organic compounds (VOC‘s) such as solvents. Each heating zone can be individually programmed for specific drying or curing profiles. The fast heating and cooling cycles also help to increase productivity.
