Horizontal brushing

  • Large selection of possible configurations
  • Customised and flexible variants
  • Applications with individual number of brushes, e.g. only one or six brushes in a row

Process

The horizontal brushing machines are mainly used for deburring and cleaning printed circuit boards and press plates. Experience has shown that the brushes run clockwise and anti-clockwise (synchronised and counter-rotation). The machines can be customised with several brushes. The configuration options range from one to 8 or even more brushes. The standard transport speeds are approx. 1.5 m/min (‘exotics’ in the metal industry at 8 m/min).

The following variants are available for horizontal brushing:

  • manual,
  • semi-automatic and
  • fully automatic machines

There are also various transport systems such as roller or belt transport (brushing only from above).

The brushes are worn out by the constant processing and any particles (metals and brush abrasion) are automatically filtered out. Depending on the customer’s specifications, either belt filters, tower filters or the conventional centrifuge are used for the filter systems.

Accessories and consumables

In addition to the systems, we also offer accessories such as filter systems and consumables.

The filter systems include centrifuges, belt filters, tower filters for 10‘, 20’ and 30’ filter cartridges or bag filters.

The following consumables are available:

  • Filter cartridges,
  • filter bags,
  • filter fleece,
  • masks for solder resist,
  • solder bars and wire,
  • flux and much more.
