With over 700 systems sold worldwide, CEMCO’s vertical levelling system – the Quicksilver (QS Blue) – has been setting standards for more than 35 years. Thanks to various improvements to the Quicksilver, flatter and more even surface finishes are now possible. These include
A new patented air knife design that enables improved hole cleaning while achieving a uniform minimum thickness.
The DDS (Double Dip System), depending on the plate, allows the operator to dip the product twice.
The air knives are only switched on during the last dip.
A frequency-controlled solder pump operates at two speeds.
During plate processing, the pump speed is increased, providing an improved solder flow over the plate surfaces. When idle, the pump speed is automatically reduced, minimising solder dross. The system is available with a soldering depth of either 610 mm (24‘) or 760 mm (30’). Both models have improved heating systems to cope with the higher solder and air knife operating temperatures.
In addition to the systems, we also offer accessories such as filter systems and consumables.
The filter systems include centrifuges, belt filters, tower filters for 10‘, 20’ and 30’ filter cartridges or bag filters.
