Our head office in Rodgau is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

In addition, you can reach the smartTec service hotline on the extension +49 6106 6670-150 from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00. This excludes public holidays in the federal state of Hesse.

Telephone advice and troubleshooting is free of charge for all smartTec customers. We are also happy to offer our service programs for components from our system partners to users who have purchased their system from other suppliers.
