Paste Printing

No production process in the SMT line is influenced by the interaction of man, machine, material and method as much as the printing process. As a result, 60 to 80 percent of errors in a production line are still attributed to paste printing.

In addition to a stable, robust system, efficient closed-loop process control is also an advantage.

Requirements for a printing system:

• Flexible frame mounting
• Bottom side cleaning – wet – vacuum – dry
• Programmable doctor blade pressure and speed
• Short cycle times
• Active cooling should be possible
• 2D paste inspection
• Closed-loop process control
• Robust design
• Good accessibility
