ALPHA EF-6000-TF

ALPHA EF-6000-TF is an active no-clean flux with a low solids content. It has been developed with a wide thermal process window. It is suitable for lead-free wave soldering applications and for remaining SnPb production lines. The proprietary blend of organic activators results in the lowest tendency to form solder balls in a wide range of solder masks. The formulation of ALPHA EF-6000-TF is thermally stable, resulting in less solder bridging during lead-free double wave soldering.
