The smartSCab is characterised by high pick rates with the smallest footprint and large storage capacity. During development, our focus was paid to process reliability, stability and eliminate downtime – with the highest availability.
No one can predict the future. Your logistics concept should be able to grow with you. Our system is built modularly in both hardware and software. This forms the basis for the ability to scale the capacity through expansions at any time. Various automation options allow you to optimally expand your system.
The centrepiece of the storage system is the “smartDeliverer” multifunctional gripper. It can remove single reels as well as boxes or trays from both sides, from the right or left row of shelves. As in the entire smartSCab system, pneumatics have been entirely eliminated as well.
A logistics concept that can grow with you. Modularity has been emphasised in the software and hardware. This creates the conditions for customising the system to your needs. As you grow, the logistics solution grows with you! Several storage lines can be networked together, even in different lengths.
In conjunction with the smartLoader, up to 120 reels can be loaded and/or unloaded automatically. The integration of an X-ray component counter allows you to keep track of your actual stocks at all times.
The integration of the smartInScan cell enables you to receive the reels directly at the storage system, where the reels are then automatically loaded from piketrolleys, recorded, labelled and unloaded onto piketrolleys.
Individual storage lanes or the entire system can be designed for the storage of MLS components. These moisture-sensitive components can then be stored and controlled accordingly. By “docking” satellites that are then connected to the system, even refrigerated materials such as solder paste or underfill cartridges can be stored. The management, control, and retrieval are carried out through the smartSCab.
Das System übernimmt die Steuerung der Bauteile vom Wareneingang, über das Lagersystem in Ihre Produktion und zurück. MLS-Anforderungen werden dabei natürlich berücksichtigt. Darüber hinaus kann sich der smartSCab automatisch konfigurieren, optimieren und Ihnen, bei entsprechender Ausstattung, eine permanente Inventur liefern.
