The SIM sensor is the heart of all 2D AOI systems in the QX Series. Developed with efficient LED lighting, it enables on-the-fly inline inspection. With an 80-megapixel sensor, you get crisp and precise images for accurate defect detection. Common applications include pre-reflow, solder joint, post-wave, and post-selective solder inspection.
The QX Series comes in various variants. All systems feature the SIM sensor described above.
The QX150i AOI system enables automatic inline processing with high flexibility for numerous inspection tasks in electronics manufacturing.
Equipped with two SIM sensors (top & bottom), the QX250i allows inspections from both top and bottom simultaneously.
The best-in-class model for 01005 and solder inspections is the QX600. It can also be fully integrated into the production line for fully automated inspection.
