The deceptive thing here is that the errors are only noticed at later stages of production or even in the field. Among other things, this can lead to catastrophic economic and reputational damage. An SPI system (Solder Paste Inspection) is therefore a very good system for your safety.
Fast & reliable
Thanks to its highly innovative sensor technology and a unique “all-in-one” scan sequence, the SE series from our partner CyberOptics enables extremely fast and reliable paste inspection at up to 210 cm²/sec. The ultra-sensor with closed-loop feedback is designed as an integrated component with no moving parts. This means that there are neither differences from machine to machine nor deviations over time. Calibrations are unnecessary. The system can usually be set up in less than 15 minutes.
