smartLift Modules for Workpiece Carrier (WT) Circulation Lines

These smartLift modules enable both WT circulation and the integration of magazine loaders and unloaders.

  • Standard transport heights from SMEMA 950 mm to return transport height of 340 mm (left and right versions)
  • Typical cycle time: 16 sec.
  • Transport width manually adjustable according to customer’s WT
  • smartTouch GUI for intuitive user interface
  • Easy parameterization (lifting and belt speed) possible through manual input (touch panel) or automatically via the smartControl line control
  • LED status display

smartLift Modules for Flexible Production Lines

These smartLift modules allow the operation of the line in various modes.

Possible modes: WT circulation, one-sided production, magazine to magazine (without using return transport), or two-sided production – magazine to magazine (with use of return transport)
