This module teaches the soldering and desoldering of fine pitch SMD components with a pitch of up to 0.5 mm, as well as components with concealed connection surfaces, such as BGAs and QFNs.
In the practical part of the course, these soldering tasks are carried out using a rework system.
In order to ensure the greatest possible process reliability, particular attention is paid to temperature profiling.
