The correct material at the correct time in the correct quantity in the correct place and then also correctly traceable. This is the ‘flag’ under which smartProLog operates. Using automation correctly saves space, manpower and avoids errors.
A Piketrolley can hold up to 60 component reals. The trolley can be used in the “smartInScan” incoming goods area as well as in the “smartSCab” storage system or at the set-up stations in production. As an option, these transport trolleys can also be mounted on driverless robots (AGVs).
The smartLoader for reel goods can be used for both loading and unloading or for a combination of both. Whether in automated goods receipt or at the storage system. The loader can accommodate up to 120 reels (two PikeTrolleys). We are happy to provide consultation for the optimal and most cost-effective utilization.
The goods receipt cell can be used to automate the incoming goods area as well as the smartSCab storage system. It involves reading with an autofocus camera with a height sensor, capturing an image of the real/part and then comparing the data with the ERP system and delivery note, hereby printing the Unique ID, and position-optimized this to the real/part using an AI-controlled applicator.
